Juliette is an award winning dental hygienist and trained nutritionist with over thirty years experience. She writes regularly for the international dental press and is an editorial advisor to a variety of dental journals. She is an international speaker, media spokesperson for a number of multi-national corporations and regularly presents post graduate seminars in the UK and abroad. Juliette lives in an 11th Century village with her husband Graham. She is passionate about cooking, music, art, travel, writing and dentistry!
Juliette Reeves is a dental hygienist and trained nutritionist with over thirty years experience. She qualified from Birmingham University School of Dental Hygiene in 1981 with further study at the London Hospital Medical College. She studied nutrition with Patrick Holford at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 1993.
Juliette trained at the Swiss Dental Academy in Geneva in the latest treatments for gum disease, dental implant care and in the polishing and restoration of cosmetic dentistry. She is also trained in the latest techniques for identification of early decay risk and the treatment of dry mouth symptoms.
Juliette is trained in implant therapy and maintenance from Switzerland and the US. She is one of only two dental hygienists in the UK to hold the ADIA Implant Auxiliary Certification. She is an active member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, International Congress of Oral Implantology and was on the committee of the Association of Dental Implantology 2012-14.

Juliette writes regularly for the international dental press and is an editorial advisor to a number of dental journals, she has written and lectured internationally over the last fifteen years on the associations between general health, oral health and nutrition. Her work is translated and published in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Poland, India and Iraq, in addition to the US and Asia Pacific.
She is senior UK tutor to the EMS Swiss Dental Academy and clinical director of Perio-Nutrition. Juliette regularly presents post graduate seminars and training classes in the UK and abroad. Juliette is a Key Opinion Leader to Philips Oral Healthcare, regularly evaluating and trialing the latest innovations in oral health care with both her regular and celebrity patients.
Juliette has also been a media spokesperson to the Wrigley Oral Healthcare Program, conducting media interviews, presentations and radio broadcasts. In addition to delivering a presentation at the International Federation of Dental Hygienists Conference in Cape Town last year, Juliette represented Wrigley in delivering the results of a wide ranging report "The State of Oral Health in Europe", in the UK Parliament as part of the Better Oral Health Platform Smiling Britain – UK Parliamentary Roundtable Event.
Juliette has worked with a number of nutrition and healthcare companies including Bel Group,Philips, Wrigley, GSK and the launch of the new Slendertone Face toning and lifting program.
